My Standard King Room was very clean and well-kept. The bed provided excellent comfort. The breakfast offered great food choices. I especially liked the English breakfast.

The lift service was occasionally slow during peak hours.

clean area excellent location many options communal area

I really liked the reception area. The communal areas were also clean. The location is excellent. The breakfast had many options.

The lack of onsite parking was a minor issue.

wonderful stay!

kind lady spacious shower

the staff were amazing from my arrival until the end. i checked in with a very kind lady. my room was amazing and very clean. the shower was nice and spacious, a great shower!

The fact that i had to pay £20 a night to park my car was a bit inconvenient! the mattress was hard. Maybe a softer option would be better.

good breakfast handy location clean room parking issue blood stain thin pillow

i found the breakfast to have lots of choice. the location was handy and close to the train station. the room was clean and the shower was nice.

The staff at reception did not provide much information. there was no parking available at the hotel. Finding a car park was difficult and costly. i found a blood stain on one of the towels provided.
